SO WHY MARIA THERESA?

Maria Theresa, arguably the most powerful ruler of the Hapsburg dynasty, was the Archduchess of Austria, and the Queen of Hungary and Bohemia.  Here you will find a brief history of Maria Theresa, her life, and her accomplishments as ruler.
